Comfortable, Safe and Great staff
We booked here from Australia and stayed for 10 days as part of a sports group. This hotel is one of the nicer in the city and although their communication was not prompt or clear via email and message prior to arrival, once there in person we could not fault the staff. Very attentive and friendly and liked that there was security/doorman the entire time in the reception/foyer area. There were a number of wedding photo sessions here during our stay, confirming it was a well known nice hotel in town. Nice pool although it does not see much sun due to the shade of hotel structure and hence the water is very cold (refreshing) and not comfortable to stay in for very long.
The hotel is a little dated and the bathroom is internal so has no natural light. We requested prior to arrival a King sized bed and got two doubles on check in. Asked at that point to have this changed to a King and was informed the hotel was 100% full that first and second night, so they could not give us a King room - Again a good sign they were at 100% capacity but not great we didn't get what we requested.

Peaceful, convenient, comfortable...perfect for us!
We like this hotel and stay here often. It is near CIMA hospital and our doctors; we can walk to medical appointments. It is quiet, and the staff is wonderful. They always give us a room with a view of the pool! The bar and resaurant are bit pluses, also.
Never saw this before. There obviously had been a big party, or something, near the pool in the outside bar area, and it was pretty grungy. Beer bottle caps on the deck, dirty tables, table and chairs stacked and not set up for use. It did not fit with the hotel's pristine image. I hope it was just a one-time thing.
